The AIMIG Gala Dinner, organized by the Italian Friends of the Israel Museum on March 28 in Milan, welcomed 150 guests who, with the support of Christie’s, gathered in the magnificent Palazzo Clerici and its stunning Tiepolo-frescoed rooms, on the occasion of the preview of the Modern and Contemporary Art auction.”
Among the Friends were Marina Prada, Andrea Jarach, President of KH Italy, Coby Benatoff, Alessandra di Castro, Director of the Jewish Museum of Rome, and Senator Franco Debenedetti.
The artists in attendance included Tobia Ravà, Deda Barattini, and photographer Alberto Jona Falco.
During the dinner, several contemporary artworks by Italian and Israeli artists were sold, including works by Simon Gaon, Gal Weinstein, and Enrico De Paris.
The dinner was prepared by renowned Italian chef Giancarlo Morelli, followed by a musical performance by soprano Madelyn Renée.
